@OkiyaOmtatah Good morning Senator, just want to bring to your attention that Community Digital Champions program ongoing in Busia has some irregularities. It supposed to be a job offer but it's now a training sessions for applicants, being told to pay instead of being paid.
This program was funded by UK govt in collaboration with Kenya ICT &Min of youth and KICTANet, they advertised jobs, pple applied and now instead of interviews, they're being trained and asked to pay for certificates. I think that's not how it was supposed to be. @ICTAuthorityKE
