2/2 @JDOfficial paid £5.99 for standard delivery when you can clearly see that orders over £70 were free delivery. If the JDX subscription has been suspended it shouldn't still be advertised. I have worked in customer service for many years and yours is diabolical!!!!!!
1/2 @JDOfficial another day has passed and I'm still not further forward forward with my order however I want to point out that 1. My email states it will here on or before 28/9/20 2. Even tho I cant use my JDX subscription why did I have to pay delivery of £5.99 for my order
Not one for doing this usually but @JDOfficial your customer service is shocking..... another 6-10 days to wait because apparently your warehouse "decides" what order they want to do!! Well that's £98 I won't be spending in there again!!
