Can MOT and MOW agree to Instruct PLUS to stop collecting Toll from 7am - 9am and 5pm - 7pm daily due to 10 km/h speed.
Expressways are meant to expedite journey. Toll is charged for that service. Unfortunately, Malaysian are paying Toll for even a 10Km/h speed for 3 km every morning in NKVE.. The NKVE Operator comfortably receiving it without any mitigation plan to disperse daily traffic jam..
