久しぶりにゴルフの練習きました。練習の間が開くと自分の場合はアイアンの打ち方を忘れます。特にテイクバックでシャフトの角度が低くなりがち。思ってるよりもアップライト気味にしてちょうど良いくらいになる。
#ゴルフ練習 アイアン練習、左肩と左足付け根を意識すると方向性がアップ。左肩は、テイクバックでしっかり回して、ダウンスイングでは開かないように意識する。左足付け根はダウン〜フォロースイングにかけてめくれ上がらないようにしっかりと左足付け根に乗って行く。しばらくはこれを練習する。
#ゴルフ練習 アイアンは、グリップを体の近くに引き寄せながら振るイメージ。インパクトはギリギリまで我慢(下半身を先行させる)。インパクトは右足前くらいのイメージ。これで当たると気持ち良い球がでる。
＃ゴルフ練習 シャンクの原因:ダウンスイングの力み、右肩・右膝の回し過ぎによって、スイング軌道がアウトインになることに起因すると思う。自分の場合、コースでは100yd以内のチャンスと思うショットや、5I、6Iでギリギリ届く距離の時にシャンクが出やすい。昨日もコースで出た…(泣
＃ゴルフ練習 ウッド、ユーティリティの当たりが悪い時は、ダウンスイングのテンポを変えてみると良いかも。3Wが全然当たらなかったが、テンポを少しゆっくりにしたら当たりが良くなった。
＃ゴルフ練習 バックスイングで左手は、飛球線方向に伸ばしていくと、いい感じ。スタンスはいつもより右足を少し狭くする方が方向性が良い。ドライバーで靴1つ分狭く、アイアンで靴半分くらい狭くする。
