Youth development is and always will be about the bigger picture! Results and performance in the short term are completely irrelevant! It’s about the long game and preparing them all individually through a process which is several months and years 🤷♂️⚽️

Really pleased with the start we’ve made to our school. We had 7 keepers in on Monday night and we have 13 with us in total, from beginners to experienced. All getting better, working hard and having fun. The best thing is they are starting to help each other too! @kentfootunited
Here’s another. We are so focused on distribution here that we don’t even bother catching the ball anymore. Just get it straight out to your full back.
