If anybody ever tells you they’re doing therapy, be kind to them. This shit really rips your insides apart. Demons you never knew existed & things you’ve suppressed for long all come out to the surface & you gotta face them if you’re to get better. Bloody Hell!
I’d recommend everyone gets some time for therapy. You’ll be shocked at how much you need it. Some things (both good & bad) about you are locked away in your mind and can only be unlocked & dealt with through proper therapy. Surrender yourself to the process & see magic happen.
