Also, the ex-FST who introduced the #LoanCharge policy with minimal parliamentary scrutiny, and who has recently wormed his way into the Shadow-Chancellor position, was not dubbed "The Misleader of the House" for nothing. Nobody has ducked and dived more to avoid investigations.
