Kate Brennan becomes the 13th individual sectional champion in HFL history, behind her sister Ann in 2021!
Our girls had a phenomenal showing at the Section V Championships, racing to a 2nd Place finish! The team put 3 runners in the top 10 with Brennan, Sesnie, and Williams Sesnie and Brennan will represent the team at NYS Championships next week!
Congrats to Ava Bagley (100, 400 hurdles, 4x400), Cayla Lawrence (800, 4x400), Oli Kraynik (4x400)and Jayne Williams (4x400) for advancing to the @NYSPHSAA Track Championships.Setting a school record in the 4x4 relay with a time to of 4:02.29. The previous record was set in 2002
The HFL girls win the 4x400 meter relay to end the meet. Our girls end up 2nd overall! Great job!
B1 Sectionals here at Batavia is well underway. Burke and Bellizzi go 2, 3 in the 1600. Brennan takes 2nd in the girls race! All three run huge PRs!

Girls end up 3rd for Class B, falling to Mendon and Sutherland. Boys take 5th. Top 10 finishers were Alia Spaker (4th), Kate Brennan (8th), Cayla Lawrence (10th), and Drew Larsen (9th) for the boys. Alia and Kate advance to the NYS Championship next weekend!

Suffering is rewarding. That was the story of our 2021 season, which culminated today with an 8th place finish among the best of NY at Federations. These athletes deserve all the glory for their outstanding work ethic and performance! Thank you.
