Those poor businesses and accountants who spent weeks formatting all their letters and paperwork to reflect the increased VAT rate. What a waste of time.
I didn't. I knew this wasn't going to happen. I know how to not waste my time. But I do feel sorry for Xero, Sage and all the banks' IT teams that has reworked codes.
