My breakfast was actually cute why did I have to go and ruin everything by being a b/p addict T^T
idk who needs to hear this but bmi 15/16 is still SEVERELY UNDERWEIGHT!!! in 2021 I was bmi 15 and my liver was failing at one point.
This is so real I jenuinely don't know what a normal portion is anymore when I was in 'recovery' I needed help from people to portion because I was so confused
just had a genuine "oh this disorder messes with ur perception of things" moment so edtwt how many portions do you think this is . ill put a poll in the replies (knife for scale lol)
