Hey @BornFootwear extremely disappointed! #PoorCustomerService #BornFootwear. My boots' soles came COMPLETLY off after minimal wear & you refuse to help because they're "out of style." I’m out two barely used pairs of boots and all you offer is a 50% discount on new ones?

So @Hyundai is "sorry to hear" but not willing do anything to actually help. Why don't YOU pick up the phone, call your lender and ask for an exception on behalf of your loyal customer? Do you know how many calls and hours we spent on this already?!
