This morning's bounty of Sourdough. I ran the math and for the price $8.00 of one 5 lb bag of King Arthur bread flour, I can make approximately 5 loaves of Sourdough. One loaf of sourdough at TJ's is roughly $4.00. Pinching pennies here but working with my hands makes me happy.
