👇Activity & OA ✅ Physical activity is safe, beneficial & doesn't "wear" out our joints. ❌ Xray isn't a measure of pain/function. ✅ Many types of activity can help; not just "low impact". ❌ There is no lower limit for exercise to be beneficial. ✅ Prioritise general health.
