Which organs produce the four humors. Casting spells is one of the quickest ways to cause humoral imbalance. If one spams Holy spells, for example, their body will literally produce more blood than it can hold. This often prompts a nosebleed to expel the excess.
Just as the medical system is based on the four humors, (Blood, Phlegm, Black Bile, and Yellow Bile) so too is the magic system. Necromancy, Holy and Air magic fall under the Blood humor. Casting too much will imbalance your humors, which is why Elunia's nose is bleeding.
