Got to be fair @CllrRussBowden the way @WarringtonBC has supported community litter picking over the last few months has been fantastic - its a perennial battle but there is a growing number of people taking supportive action.
Adele wasn’t just an Alley Angel, she was one of humanities real life flesh and blood genuine Angels whose heart was filled with a rich abundance of compassion and who took the time to care. She will be very sadly missed by all of us.
