I just tried to eat as little as possible, but if I ate more some days I just fasted for some days too. in general it gave me so much more freedom in choice and I love nuts so I ate them a lot because I didn't really care about cals, and still lost weight quite rapidly

not counting cals was the best decision ive ever made during these 5 years with anorexia. the fact that I've lost 16 kgs, hit my ugw and mantainan it for 4 months this way ?>>>>> sounded impossible for me before
