i really hate giving up on people, but i hate forcing shit even more
when your heart suddenly feels heavy but you don't have anyone to talk to so you sit there crying, holding your chest praying the pain will go away
i'm growing, i swear i am. but the more i grow, the more i get tired of everyone. how people act and how people treat me. literally, i have no energy to argue with anyone. i cut people off the first time they do me wrong because i don't need that energy and i ain't sorry for it.
healing is so fucking frustrating. it's like you're doing well, you're forgiving, you're letting shit go and you're working on processing through it all, then boom traumatic shit enters your mind and you have to start all the way over processing those feelings
i hate that i require so much reassurance, like things could be going perfectly fine but there's always part of me that believes all of it is a lie
it hurts when you go through something that kills you inside but you have to act like it doesn't affect you at all
silent breakdown, because no one knows how tired and exhausted i am.
feel disappointed with myself lately. i'm becoming the person i never wish to be. i'm stuck with being miserable in life & don't know how to get out from the dark. i don't have the strength to fight for my battles & i feel like all my hopes are gone now.
day by day, i'm training my heart to accept disappointments even from people i love
