5. Don't put your job responsibilities, focus on what you have accomplished, and things you can quantify. If you worked in retail, don't put "assisted customers," instead say something like "assisted 60+ customers per day, praised by management for excellent service"

if you experience anxiety, mood swings, and depression often you wanna add some chlorella to your diet. it is a powerful detoxifier that removes heavy metals and toxins that deeply affects our mood, hormones, and nervous system. it is a very important superfood.

take your probiotics, eat more fermented foods, more fruits and veggies, drink more water, get quality sleep, exercise on the regular is all a part of taking care of your immune system.

Eat plant foods, limit/stay away from processed foods, focus really hard on stress management (that's a tough one), move daily, focus on good sleep hygiene and take supplements where necessary 🙏🏿🌱

fruit is super high in fiber and sugar. which is great cz we digest it very quickly. but when it’s on top of a heavy meal it will just sit on top of it and begin to ferment causing bloating, discomfort, and constipation.
