Today I have; 1) Learnt what a Salt Pig is 2) Used world changing arthritis friendly garden secateurs
First time I’ve been able to do any deadlifts at the gym since my arthritis flare up a couple of years ago. Muscles I rarely use now hurt My knees feel like they are on fire Overall a success

Was up at 4am, out the house by 5am - just checked into the hotel… it’s 1am UK time. Car rental had chicken wings all over the floor, police were there. Saw a car with a stuffed alligator on the roof. Welcome to Florida
