Hoorah, Mum's extension has finally dried out after the flooding. The clear up and restoration is on going but at least progress is being made.

My 94 year old Mum made us a sponge cake yesterday, she very nearly did a Mrs Cropley from The Vicar of Dibley, when she opened a jar of what she thought was jam to go with the butter cream, only to find with her glasses on, it was shredded pickle cabbage!!
I have just watched a 2019 film called Haunt, I like spooky films but I went off watching it half way through. Left me with a weird feeling now.

BREAKING: #DoctorWho star William Russell, who played one of the show's first companions in 1963 and recently reprised the role for a cameo in 2022, has died aged 99.
What a lovely day, we all had at the Last "Day At Devil's End", Doctor Who Event, yesterday. Great to see many friends as well as all the Guests. Especially Sarah Sutton and Janet Fielding @jfmouthonlegs .It's been some years since I last saw them.
