Cambiar de país me hizo tomarme más en serio trabajar el cambio cultural en mi trabajo. Primero sólo quise adaptarme y ser funcional, generar dinero y recibir aprobación: DONE. Ahora quiero también ser yo misma en plenitud y ayudar a otros a ser más plenos, ¿cómo me irá?
Cambiar de residencia es un conjunto de trámites, disfrutar la vida en un nuevo país es un proceso complejo que recién empiezo a transitar. Necesito ir más profundo en conocimientos, adquirir nuevos y desaprender bastante. Esta práctica requiere ser más paciente y más humilde.

Product Owners should be obsessively collaborative.
Concerning that “bad product owner” is so often the excuse for bad product. I coach towards product leadership and team ownership. My worst case is product owner telling the team exactly what to build, and team not taking ownership of the outcome. That’s what “bad” looks like.
