**Update** In the event that Government restrictions in Kildare are lifted early in the coming week, the CCC will commence the resumption of fixtures with Minor Football Championship (Wed/Thurs) followed by the Hurling Championship and Football Championship (Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun).
➡️In the last week - Kildare remains the county with the highest number of cases per 100k people – but this number is falling, Tipperary is rising. ➡️Mid & East Antrim numbers are still a lot higher than the other councils in NI.

This decision to lock down counties by their borders is nothing short of ludicrous. Residents of Celbridge or Leixlip can't drive 5 mins to Lucan or Newcastle, but can head off to Athy or Castledermot if they wish. Surely lockdowns can be more targeted..?
