Some things I saw recently that I think are cool: — This small UK brand called HE Sports (nice textured knit and chino cut) — The Armoury's Hokkaido coat (insulated liner) — This Norbit jacket on my friend Greg (IG gdl203) — Custom canoe and Alaskan blade knives by Behring Made
So yes, I think that someone 5'2" can wear longer coats, but it helps to identify what you like about a silhouette, and then figuring out whether that same shape can work on you. If not, don't fret. There are hundreds of good styles to choose from.
The question is in response to a tweet where I said I think Chris Evans would look better in a larger and longer overcoat. This person is wondering whether a larger overcoat would work for their shorter frame. Good question!
