Two dinosaurs lifted successfully out of the badlands! This articulated tyrannosaur is going to be PRETTY! Lots of news to come on this. 9000lb of dinosaur and 1000lb of steel needed a Chinook, and that is a HUGE helicopter! #dinosaurs #scicomm #FossilFriday

A member of the public found a tyrannosaur skull and associated skeleton material at Dinosaur Provincial Park last year and reported them to the Museum. Our crew is now starting the excavation. Follow along and we’ll tweet the progress as the specimen is uncovered and collected.
Beauty of a #mosasaur tail from Neylandville Fm, TX in @PerotMuseum collections. Spotted #pathologies near the tips of three adjacent neural spines. No obvious offset of bones, just calluses. Makes you wonder, what caused those injuries? #FossilFriday #paleontology #fossils
#FossilFriday is a reconstructed skull print of “Chomper” MOR 6625, the smallest #TRex ever found. It was discovered by @paleeoguy and identified by @df9465 As a past NICU nurse, I have no doubt it was a cutie! @D_MuseumCenter @MuseumRockies #Tyrannosaur #SciComm #Paleontology
#FossilFriday the inspiring cast of the theropod Cryolophosaurus at @RBINSmuseum Love those light effects!
One dose not enough—majority of hospitalized #Covid19 patients in East Lancashire🇬🇧 have received at least 1 vaccine dose. Matt Hancock, UK health secretary, was criticised for suggesting vaccine hesitancy is driving the rapid spread of #B16172 variant. theguardian.com/world/2021/may…
