3/5 @dddproperty say here that the higher fees are for people living alone, with 'several bedrooms'. What does 'several' mean to you? E.g. one member now pays £850 for a 2-bed and she can't use one room because there's a big, damp hole in the ceiling that she's had to patch up.🤔

10/13 @kathhibbert says @dddproperty has to massively increase rents to break even but our members are rly confused what DDD's costs can be... 'Guardians' prepare, decorate, furnish & repair their homes, buy appliances & pay utilities! DDD also take fees from some prop owners!
