Volunteers of the Waterway Recovery Group @wrg_navvies busy at #Lock14 today. This is the forth and last week with us on this latest session - great work in building the bywash so the lock can be drained. They've also begun taling the remaining lock wall down😊

30 people enjoyed our guided walk last Sunday. They were treated to an exclusive tour of #Lock15 works & will have seen the beginnings of work on #Lock14. Seen here at Muston Church - Old Forge Teashop opposite, where they took refreshment - £93.51 donations received, thank you😍

#ThrowbackThursday and another view of the #Grantham canal, this time in 1955. Pictured is Cropwell Wharf and Lock 11. Restoration work has recently commenced on Lock 14 on the Woolsthorpe flight thanks to @CanalRiverTrust, @GranthamCanal and @wrg_navvies working together.
