Hi, Frank! As a regulated financial institution, we're required by law to run routine checks. This can mean some delays on transfer's ETA, but it doesn't mean that your account is frozen and money lost. We aim to complete these checks ASAP. We got back to your DM. Check it out.
We can't give a notice on deactivation. Whenever this happens, it's most likely there was an infringement within our terms of use. We always work on returning the money on these accounts, but before we can do that, we need to run checks required by regulatory agents.

Damn, look at all the complaints within minutes after you tweet. You guys should really consider your terms. Looks like everybody gets blocked and loose money with @wise do not use them. It’s a scam!
