$BTC has done a 5x from the cycle bottom and let’s be honest outside of this platform it’s silent. $MSTR announced the largest ATM equity offering in capital markets history. Why is everyone oblivious?

James Van Straten 𝕏 Reposted

For anyone keeping track the $MSTR 2027 convertible bond is up 170% above par. This is why no bond buyer is asking for interest on the debt.

Today will be the first attempt at the 100k mark for $BTC, as options launch on $IBIT today. At the minimum a new ATH. CME OI at ATHs, couldn’t ask for a better set up, @saylor could be the added catalyst here.

Bingo - this is the correct analogy. Grab the land and grab as much as you can, work out the details on top later. $MSTR will be similar to REITs, income producing real estate.

Living in Western PA, I see this just like the Marcellus Shale land grab to extract huge amounts of natural gas… 20 years ago, oil and gas companies got land leases as fast as they could… They didn’t know when and how they would develop those resources… They just knew that…

Today has made it abundantly clear to me that the market loves certainty and clarity. $MSTR and $SMLR have a clear and concise playbook as they continue to execute it. While $BTC has consolidated around $90k for a week, miners on aggregate are still red YTD. The $MARA…

You think Saylor is sitting on any chairs or still just the one?

If anyone is concerned where the next bear market bottom could be. I don’t believe this but: $BTC ETFs launched at $49k $MSTR average purchase price is $49k A 70% correction would be a cycle top of $163k.

$SMLR was up as much as 15% at the open. Similar price action to Wednesday, dump straight after. Assume that would be ATM usage, as market loved the news, we do have to be aware that supply is extremely thin in this stock.

$SMLR are approaching the 8 million basic shares outstanding for them to qualify for an options market. But a free float (non insider) requirement is needed as well. They need to go harder at the ATM or do a stock split.

I love the algos dumping when @saylor buys

Wow, double my estimation. On top of $SMLR coming out with a $BTC purchase and a BTC yield metric.

I would say about $300-400M of the $700M of the convertible debt will go to buying #Bitcoin. At $90k a roughly 4,500 BTC. The mining business is only going to get tougher, a serious BTC HODL is needed.

Since Nov. 11, CME OI has been flat but we've seen $1.6B of net inflows into the $BTC ETFs. Last weeks rally was heavily ETF inflow driven and we are seeing less basis trade.
