Today is a good day, I fell good and look good :) :) I am off work now get to go home to enjoy the rest of my night..
How's everyone today! My day is great, I lost 7 more pounds loving it, :) :) :)
I am not felling so good today, all I want to do is to be in my bed and having some ICE CREAM till I fall asleep..:( :(
Last night I did 300 sit ups and I fell so good, I am ready to do more LOL.
I'm goin to work out, I have went from 212 pounds to 161 pounds I fell great...:):)
Today is the day that I'm goin to block out all the bad day's and have a good day. :) :)

It is so cold outside, no way in hell im goin outside lol...
It is so nice outside, I have been inside working, just got off now I am going walking to enjoy the rest of this lovely day... :)
