@RACARR51 what do you think of this lesion on a 60 year old lady's lateral ankle? Clinically rule out SCC ( I am sure it must be looking like one!) #dermpath To me, this is Pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia with pockets of "pus". Bug stains are all negative. Iododerma? no hx.
