I am a firm believer that the only way to make life bearable is to flirt with everyone you encounter male or female, interested or not. Flirting doesn’t have to go further. It’s just fun to talk all whimsical and have banter with people. It gives your day razzle dazzle.
sexually reserved men are THE best. Well behaved, won’t steal a kiss, won’t touch you inappropriately but boy if you give them consent? FINISHED.

as I approach 37 I’m realising that one’s 30s are for paying close attention to how one’s body is likely to fall apart if not corrected, and then to be diligent about not letting it fall apart in those specific ways
For non-poetry fans, I’m off to finish THE album
Is there a petition to make car headlights less bright? It’s gotten out of control.
Therapists need to model what healthy relating looks like. It's not everything in therapy, but it's fundamental to the work, and it doesn't begin by demanding the client accepts without question that the therapist is good for them or that the space is safe 12/12
