I literally will never understand how someone can abandon their own child and continue living their life like that child doesn't exist.
To get the life you crave, you gotta learn to let folks down sometimes. Realize that grown-ups can handle their own feelings, and it ain't your job to fix everyone's problems. Feeling anxious or down? That's your brain's way of saying, 'Yo, you're neglecting yourself!'
According to Pres. Museveni, only his opinion matters, while others' views are dismissed. Those holding divergent views are labeled criminals, indisciplined, and agents of imperialists. He would rather subdue, crush and threaten anyone who dissents against his position or will.
