The woke stuff is terrible because it's rooted in ignoring the problems that normal people have, especially involving money.

Let's be honest here: This was an across-the-board shift away from the Democratic Party. Not just one demo (though Hispanics shifted the most). Two main reasons: Inflation and Democratic priorities and language that just doesn't appeal to non-college people (esp. men).

Progressive smugness annoys me. It's not that I disagree (we agree on lots), but it's the smug assumption that anyone who thinks differently (90% of the country!) is stupid or evil. Looking from the outside, hyper-conservative spaces seem as bad or worse, but I don't live there!

“I’ll turn to the child and be like, so yeah what gender identity do you have?” Dr. Robert Garofalo of @LurieChildrens hospital proudly admits the horrible truth behind the process of transitioning children.

Emmett, Emmett, Emmett. I'm not "accusing you of socialism". I'm pointing out that you just articulated the single most Bolshevik idea ever suggested since an unemployed German intellectual, living off das kapital gains, wrote a book demanding that all investors should be…

I think that, in most cases where leftists gloat about the attacks, they do so because they're very stupid people whose conception of morality is organized around a simplistic oppressed/oppressors framework and they think applying it blindly is what a smart person does.

All the claim “cancel culture is just consequence culture!” tells me is the speaker doesn’t know a lot about the topic, generally isn’t willing to learn, but assumes that everyone targeted for cancellation had it coming. It’s a thought-terminating cliche, not an argument.

11 years of trying to explain this 😂

Everyone has the right to believe anything they want. And everyone else has the right to find it fucking ridiculous.

This whole "you must believe these patently untrue things or else you are not truly a leftist" shtick has been tired for years now. You cannot liberate people on a foundation of lies

The inverse of "be kind" is "be sincere" not "be intolerable."

Diversity training is basically very racist people berating people who probably aren't racist for their alleged racism. It's insane that anyone pays money for this, let alone the astronomical fees such trainers demand.

Violence is violence. When something non-violent is labeled as violent, people are trying to give themselves an excuse to use violence against non-violence.
