Police rejected testimonies from DSP staff, ex-staff, the members, with the reason that they are all related to Chaewon. But they accepted HJ's brother, friends, and ex-trainees testimonials although they are all very closely related to HJ.
Chaewon confirmed that APRIL's dorm life only started March 2015 and before that the dorm was still occupied by Rainbow.
People keep saying "trust the police, trust the justice system" PLEASE. From Chaewon's video, it looks like they didn't even bother getting key witnesses from APRIL's side to testify. WHAT KIND OF JUSTICE IS THIS??
About HJ spreading false info about Chaewon. HJ said she only heard about it from ex-managers Kim-ssi and Lee-ssi, & passed it on to her parents, manager, & company's director. Police decided that cant be seen as "false info" because she only told what she heard from others.
The police didn't accept the testimonies from people who involved directly with April since before debut until HJ out from April, but accepted the testimonies from people who just heard anything from HJ's mouth, and their statements full of inconsistencies. Jokes on you 🤣
disbanded or not i hope the lawsuit is still going on so the truth still gets revealed the girls deserve to be able to pursue solo careers and activities and fineapples deserve some closure

To say I'm pissed is an understatement to what I'm feeling right now. DSP has been fighting for april's innocence since that issue happened but now just because of a new management they just fucking easily let go of them.
