+3 hour gym session, 5 mile walk/jog and glutes. 982 cals burnt. wtv we can all say i burnt 1,000 today, im planning on doing mat pilates in the comfort of my home after i get some lunch in 🤍 working out makes me feel so accomplished and exhilarated, another lovely day today
