New Admin, just because some teachers would rather stay in the classroom than go into admin doesn’t mean they aren’t leaders. Many have amazing talents which can benefit the school by letting them use their talents. Don't be afraid to let them LEAD too!
Did you know adults are more engaged and effective when they feel valued and their strengths are focused on. I guess adults also work harder for leaders who they trust and know care for them.
