I’m not really one to mention it but I’ve lost nearly 20kg in the last 5 months, that being said because it’s not visually noticeable weight loss yet I find it hard to be proud of myself. It can be so demotivating to not see any changes in yourself when you’re trying so hard
Went to Spain for 4 days and hated it so much I spent all my savings to change a flight so I could come home and get in bed
