I am not convinced Eritrea is pulling out completely from Tigray. But assuming, even, withdrawals from 3 towns in N/Tigray are real, pattern is one of a phased pullout, not full pullout. Under the terms of the CoHA, is there a provision for a phased exit of non-ENDF forces?

Ethiopian PM is going to maintain image of progress in Tigray until he gets what he wants - access to Western credits, ease of sanctions, embrace by Western powers. Germany and France have already jumped at chance to "strengthen" peace in Ethiopia, picking cue from US.
Eritrea is not withdrawing but manoeuvring while looting in some(Shire front), settling in(Humera,Western Tigray),digging in Zalambessa front comfortably coexisting with the ENDF, making it nearly impossible for the truce to take hold.When will the mediators lose patience?
