I've ~always been somewhat active/in good health but I did not realize until I started working out regularly that Literally Everything in My Body Feels Better. Like reaching to grab a mug feels physically pleasant lol, and I want to move more!

i do wish all the little quality of life improvement stuff about exercising were advertised to me beyond the extremely vague concept of "you'll have more energy!" tbh. i think i would've started earlier

there’s a difference between analyzing a film through a feminist lens and asking “is this film sufficiently feminist?” it’s not the same thing! also you can’t just decide that a film is attempting to make a feminist statement and then grade it on those terms!
