Bad art exists. Painting is no different from other forms of art like music or film. Saying thereโs no such thing as bad visual art is like saying thereโs no such thing as a bad song or movie.
I remember finishing a lot of pens on this particular piece. If you look closely, you can tell that I had to add multiple layers just to get that rich dark tone.
