There should be a system in place where you can subtract a portion of your rent payment to go towards lodging during vacations. If I'm leaving for a week, I want 1/4 of my rent cut and have that deducted from my hotel fees

When you climb to the top you're going to want so badly to bring everyone with you along the way. But you're going to realize it's so much harder to carry that weight on the journey than it is to be the anchor in the rope for them to climb when you've already reached the peak.

This is ridiculously good

This got lost in today's Arcane news but its studio, Fortiche Production, also announced that it is working on a Greek mythology sci-fi feature called Penelope of Sparta and its promotional art is fucking sick.

French studio Fortiche (Arcane) will unveil a new adult animated project (unrelated to Riot) at Annecy Festival. (June 11, 4pm, "Studio Focus Fortiche" panel, MIFA)

I read a quote the other day that went, "Who are you when you're not performing for the people inside your mind?" And I haven't been able to stop thinking about all the stigma we place on ourselves because we assume it's the same stigma that's placed on us by others.

I sweat this feels like one of the most accurate depictions of the ideation process I've seen in media so far. The idea is there and gone in an instant and you spend the rest of your time just trying to recapture it or add onto it.

My friends presenting their dissertation tomorrow. Here's a completely accurate depiction of them when they arent being a super smart scientist

Cool first date idea: you both rent out studio time and record a short album. No prior musical experience required, just an open mind and a sense of rhythm.

2024 God really just took away my art block and then threw every possible financial problem at me and said I have to either get rich or die trying.
