⚠️Please stay out of the water, it really isn't worth the risk of your life. We know it can also be distressing for bystanders to see somebody getting into trouble in open water. The Jack Pullen Foundation has some advice for bystanders that could help save a life⚠️

The forecast for the weekend might be sizzling, but the sea around the UK and Ireland is still low enough to cause cold water shock. If you get into trouble in the water, stay calm and #FloatToLive until you can get control of your breathing.
