Daily gun violence and school shootings are incredibly powerful propaganda for our adversaries to use against us. Even if we have democracy and the worlds largest military- we can’t legitimately claim to lead if we can’t keep our kids from getting shot.
If you’re publishing a unit schedule and there is any shift where the unit is greater than one nurse short someone needs to be held accountable to fill in those gaps. Because I’m seeing units consistently 4, 5, 6+ nurses short ahead of time
