“When I was younger, I had a terrible habit of reading from morning till night... From morning till morning, rather, so I can relate. What book kept you awake?” she asked, pushing a freshly baked bun in his direction.
He jumps slightly, brought round from his very brief moment of snoozing as a light flush finds his cheeks. “Ah, yes. Well. Far be it from me to have a regular sleep schedule. Nothing new there.”
“Gale the Night Wizard,” she chuckled and sat beside him, holding a mug in her slender fingers.
In truth, he’s already dozing off again after eating breakfast. Even with an empty mug of coffee sitting by him, it seems to have little impact. Seems the wizard had a late night reading.

No, I can’t say I have. Not even so much as a handshake when Mizora or Raphael paid our little camp a visit. Best to ask Karlach or perhaps Wyll. They know more about devils and demons than I could ever fathom.
Have you ever touched them? Asking for a friend. Out of sheer scientific interest.
I believe they just run a little bit higher than most people. Not enough to burn but certainly enough to feel.

Indeed he has and by the gods is it refreshing to have the insight into another mind that followed Mystra so reverently. Well…his own disgrace aside. What interesting thoughts and ideas they’ve had indeed. Would be a true pity to see such plans left to rot in the Underdark.
Has he been sifting through the journal that they found? What else has he learned from it? There must be many interesting secrets to be found in a text such as that.
Good morning. One sleepy Gale, reporting for duty. He may have stayed up a little too late reading through the tomes they picked up yesterday, lost in the words of a wizard beyond his time.
