Paid sick leave just passed with 74% of the vote in the GOP stronghold of Nebraska. Just before being put on the ticket, Tim Walz said Dems' top priority should be championing paid sick leave (see video below). The Dem ticket then didn't campaign on it.
for what it’s worth I do really like Walz. it was the DNC’s best decision. seeing someone who was once a teacher nearly ascend to VP would’ve been special.
The fix was in before election night I believe. Trump couldn’t keep his mouth shut about it. Man whatever these men have done I just hope it was worth it. Dems winning up and down ballots in some states but losing the presidential election? Something is brewing. I could be wrong
