Ed Miliband has approved thousands of screws of mass-scale solar panels on UK farmland and ignored local community objections. Solar panels shouldn’t be used on prime farmland. Instead, put them on brownfields, car parks, roofs and roads.

Why do highly pro labour party accounts follow me, then are completely baffled that I'm not going along with them and being pro labour as well? I've never been pro labour party, I recognise their failings and how they are lost in bizarro ideologies! That's not going to change!

Most Brits aren’t spending Thursday lunchtime in Mayfair restaurants. The House was sitting yesterday but rather than represent his constituents he was out drinking in posh restaurants. He isn’t the leader of a revolution, he’s the leader of Tory 2.0.

Out to lunch.

Yes. This is exactly what the Tories did (despite promising high-wage, high-skill, points-based immigration) and exactly what Labour is continuing to do.

How do you import nearly a million people net in 2023 and end up with f-all growth? Are we deliberately bringing in the world's least productive people?

Too true. And far too much at stake for anything else.

I agree with William. There still isn't any other party apart from SDP that isn't treating the future wellbeing of Britain as a game for their soulless personal ambitions.

Over 35,000 Channel migrants arrived this year. Home Office spokesperson calls them "vulnerable people exploited by the smuggling gangs". They are not. They are customers. This is why 'smashing the gangs' is not an option. We must stop the pull factor. gbnews.com/news/migrant-c…

"Labour's housing plan stumbles over skills shortage." We already identified this problem: sdp.org.uk/sdptalk/why-la… And the solution: sdp.org.uk/policies/housi…

Narrow thinking! A dark and unpleasant future awaits down this path.

"Up to a billion solar panels will be fitted across Britain by 2035... Much of the expansion will be on English and Welsh farmland." Did you think the family farm tax was just the result of greed, envy or ignorance? It is a land grab. telegraph.co.uk/business/2024/…

This is disgusting! Start adding them to all social housing, make them mandatory for new build properties and give businesses 5-10 years to put them on their property roofs.

Share this far & wide @Nigel_Farage supports mass migration when it enriches big businesses Only the @SDPhq are committed to ending mass migration & building a sensible immigration system Vote SDP to end mass migration for good

“We should encourage as many foreign students as possible to come to Britain and pay the fees” - @Nigel_Farage Farage is a false prophet. I’m not the first to realise it and I certainly won’t be the last.

The recent change @IainDale is ‘feral deliveroo cycling’ in our town and city centres - jumping lights, cycling on pavements, ignoring one-way streets etc. Along with the ubiquitous stench of skunk, this is civilisational decay. Make civility great again…

Dear @theJeremyVine, You love to highlight the dangerous car drivers that are a threat to you and your fellow cyclists. I was just walking across a Zebra crossing. The cars had stopped. A cyclist then whizzed across me at around 20mph. Half a second later and he’d have wiped me…

I was calling for an Australian-style points system that prioritised highly skilled researchers. While Nigel was arguing for unlimited foreign student visas…

*trying to stop laughing* Even if they cast a man who claims to be a woman in the role of a man who claims to be a woman it will still just be a man playing the role of a man who claims to be a woman. There’s absolutely no way around this, fellas.

So 609 Channel migrants yesterday *in December*. That's outrageous. More taxpayer-funded hotels, more trashing of the social contract, more demoralisation of the British people because of our ruling class wanting to keep things sweet with the global elite. Unsustainable.

A recent ruling against the Spectator magazine, which came after a complaint by a gender activist, should trouble everyone who believes in press freedom. My latest column (no paywalll). ⬇️ paulembery.com/p/in-defence-o…
