Which is why we sought to ask the critical question: who are we, what do we own and how do we leverage that. Does it matter that GH is a minority owner if they are an important employer and preserver of African symbols and fashion? Does that count for anything?

GTP isn’t Ghanaian owned. It is for VLISCO, a Dutch company. It owns Woodin as well. VLISCO has nearly 60% of its workers stationed in Africa though.
