ISSUES FOR DETERMINATION are the key legal questions or points of contention that the parties involved in the petition want the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal to resolve. See the ISSUES FOR DETERMINATION for the 3 contending parties (LP, PDP and APM) at the PEPT below;

Good morning fellow Nigerians. It’s another good day to remind everyone that Peter Obi won the 2023 presidential election by a landslide and got the mandatory 25% votes in the FCT Abuja. Peter Obi is the authentic president of Nigeria. Tinubu is a mandate thief.

At the ongoing PEPT, @PeterObi has decided to provide evidence of the CTCs of EC8As (PU Results) for 18 States. So far 12 have been provided. Let's take a look at the %votes obtained by the 3 main parties as announced by INEC. May give a sense of the LP legal team's direction.

This is my exact same position

I am Damilola, I respect the constitution of Nigeria as a patriotic citizen. Whoever doesn't meet the requirements of that constitution cannot be my president. Bola Tinubu is NOT my president. #NigeriansDidNotVoteTinubu

Hear this! God is going to get you through this, don't fret, keep going, He's got you!

Overtly grateful

Elon needs to be suspending some people for badmouth 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

It seems he hasn't heard of @ngTAMARACOLE Fashion designer in Lagos. He looks more like Labourer Party Chairman. Na wah o. 😂😂😂

Na because of pipo like this Dem go ban Twitter 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

It's not because of any religious differences. The issue PO is having with you is the tailor that buys & sews your outdated lace fabric that gets dirty before you get to venue. Does he work with LAWMA?

I'm waiting for the interpretation that the SC will give to this section, I think it's instructive to remember that the SC already in a previous judgement affirmed that 25% in FCT is a MUST unless it'll reverse itself and turn Nigeria's constitution upside down

I gave ChatGPT two interesting Maths questions to solve to check the power of the words "each of" and the results are quite instructive. When I asked it to calculate: "25% in 2/3 of 36 and 1", it calculated 25% of 25, similar to INEC and APC's interpretation.

This is a well known fact This man signals the beginning of wealth through enterprise and not through political jingoism

From this analysis, it is clear that there are two separate requirements that MUST be met before a person can be declared winner! It calls to question if INEC really understood these constitutional requirements in the first place?

In my opinion, in section 134(2)(b) of the '99Constitution,' the 'EACH OF' is even more powerful than 'AND'. "Each of" refers to every one individual person or thing in a particular group or set. It emphasizes the individuality of each member of the group or set. #25%inTheFCT

Just one tweet from an "everyday Nigerian Youth" and Nigerians are getting job opportunities and career clarifications but our minister of labour is obsessed with looking for respect on twitter

The older ones should respect their age and not constitute themselves roadblocks in the way of those who have a future ahead of them. I will die one day. So what? This irrational African fear of death is precisely why 88 year-old men are still out here acting like Segalink.

So much misinformation, propaganda, vitriol and wickedness from the APC. In all of this you got one thing right- I come from a long line of Military men. I have SOLDIER in my DNA. I fear nothing and no one. I will not cower in the face of injustice!!!
