That’s a wrap from us at Welsh Labour Conference. Our highlight from the weekend was being joined by our incredible striking Oscar Mayer members in their usual noisy fashion. #FireAndRehire must be outlawed, we have to keep the fight going against this disgraceful practice!
“Together we have delivered, we’ve proved that being in a trade union matters. Trade unions are a force for good.” Our General Secretary @UniteSharon addresses a packed room at our first ever @unitetheunion Welsh Policy Conference. #UniteWPC24
And just like that, our first ever @unitetheunion Welsh Policy Conference is closed. Thank you to all of our delegates, guest speakers, staff and the events and venue staff for making this conference a huge success. Thank you all for your incredible contributions to #UniteWPC24
I'm with @UniteWales members in Cardiff today at the #Wales Policy Conference. I've met some hard working, dedicated reps & activists who fight everyday on behalf of their members in their workplaces. I and @unitetheunion are thankful for everything they do. #JobsPayConditions
