You can't hold a trade for long or in other words you will not have conviction to hold that if that trade is provided by someone else , it's only your analysis and hardwork that can make this happen, easy to say hold your winners but actually that's the toughest job in trading.
This is very tough market to trade even if you are in break even also for last one month it's good . So don't worry if you are feeling that only you are not getting anything or getting losses everybody is getting it no one is PRO for this type of market .
To trade in this market just try to be in a lower position size till market doesn't Sattle .
First time I watched full video till end #f2f @elearnmarkets and seriously what an Excellent explaination by @vishalmehta29 , I don't know that strategy is good or bad because I need to test it first by my own , but the presentation with clear logical reasoning was very good .

Paise uss ghode (Stock) pe lagaye jaate hai jo bull market me aage se no 1 ho aur bear me last se , Naaki uspe jo bear market me sabse sasta mile.
Don't do adjustments today by buying OTM or thinking of shifting down the calls it's not going to work today , adjustment cost will take out your whole credit , this is for non directional trades .
I don't know what is exact progress I got in my trading journey , but one thing is sure now I hate red color MTM , now I don't hold on any trade just for hope that loss is going to recover, if uncomfortable holding it just close. And by doing this I can feel the change and calm.

If you are making any option strategy or any trade setup and you are thinking jab kuchh hoga tab dekhenge that trade is already failed , always have Adjustment plans in your system or in mind ( an alert system ) ki mujhe ye hone pe ye krna hai that to applicable for both side .
